Please fill out one entry per person
Entries close at 6pm on Friday, May 13th
Late entries will not be accepted.
You may enter a maximum of 2 events.
Players must be in high school or older to compete.
Players must play at their USTA rating level. Tournament director has the right to change your level or division.
Schedule
This is a 3-day event. You may be requested to play on Friday evening.
Friday matches will not start before 6pm.You may play 2 doubles events, but matches maybe back to back.
Please indicate any time or day restrictions. Avoidances are not guaranteed but we will make every effort to accommodate.
You are responsible for obtaining your start time. Call the pro shop at (530) 895-1881.
Tournament Format
USTA rules govern play. The Tennis Code of Ethics will be followed.
Best of 3 sets format. 12-point tie-breaker. Regular scoring.
For consolation matches, no-ad scoring and a 10-point tie breaker will be played in lieu of a third set.
Depending on draw sizes and number of entries, the format is subject to change at the tournament directors discretion.
Cost
1st Event: $45.00 per person
2nd Event: FREE
Entry fee includes lunch on Saturday and a tournament shirt.
Additional lunches can be purchased for $15 each .
