Circuit Training for Beginning and Intermediate levels Mondays and Wednesdays from 4:00-5:00pm. FREE for MEMBERS ONLY! Just in time to keep trim during the holiday season, start a free circuit workout geared toward weight management and fitness. Take advantage of the many years of fitness expertise that Whitney Wolff brings to The Club and have fun doing cardiovascular exercises and resistance training in the Fitness Room.
High Beginning and Intermediate Tennis Conditioning Class by Whitney Wolff New 1 hour conditioning classes beginning in October! Essential training that you do not have to do alone! Strengthen your core and all the muscles around important joints, develop faster reflexes and foot stability, and build better overall balance through tennis-specific, off-court drills. Various skill levels and injuries are accomodated. Use of weights, bands, balls, aerobics, yoga, mats, martial arts and footwork drills all through a slow and measured process. Come out and try a free class for a week! 8 weeks (16 sessions) for $130/members and $150/non-members.
Super Fit (Special Advanced Conditioning)by Whitney Wolff Sprinting, pylometrics, martial arts, Olympic lifts, obstacle courses, speed training, footwork, and adventure fitness! Individuals must be confident in weight training, have no physical limitations, and consider themselves to be "fit". 8 weeks (16 sessions) for $130/members and $150/non-members.
